Maya at Festival Latino
Time & Location
About the Event
This year the 4th Annual District 8 ¡Festival Latino! is taking place on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Nielsen Park, 7596 Center Parkway, 11am-5pm.
The festival strives to raise cultural awareness in a family-friendly setting. Last year, the community was able to explore, engage and experience the diversity of the Latino culture through the incorporation of Aztec Dancers, Latin Folkloric Dances, Mariachi, a Colombian singer, Latin Tribute Band Maya and more.
We are also a hub for the community to connect to valuable resources, information, and services, such as CalFresh aid, suicide prevention, health & dental services, free legal consultations, free pet services, free haircuts, and much more.
